Their latest venture is The HR Recruiters, which they co-founded in 2016. The company is dedicated to the recruitment of HR professionals with renowned organizations globally.

Pradyumna Urmila Agarwal has received a degree in Honors in Software Designs from Utkal University. They have also completed their 10th and 10+2 education from Sir Padampat Singhania Education Center.
