Jessica Noble, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the VP and Human Resources Manager at The Bank of Tampa since May 2013. In this role, Jessica manages employee relations, oversees benefits and payroll for over 200 employees, and handles HRIS implementation and maintenance. Prior to this position, Jessica held roles as a Talent Management Senior Specialist at The Bank of Tampa and as HR Assistant/Corporate Secretary at Neighborhood Restaurant Partners Florida, LLC. Additional volunteer experience includes event management assistance at the Tampa Museum of Art and the Salvador Dali Museum. Jessica holds a Human Resources Management Certificate and a Bachelor's degree in Humanities from the University of South Florida.
