Stephanie Mudick has had a long-standing career in the financial services industry, most recently having spent 11 years as Executive Vice President at JPMorgan Chase and Co. During her tenure, she served as Head of Regulatory Strategy, where she managed the global regulatory agenda for the firm across all of its businesses and products. During this period, she served as a key spokesperson for the firm as the chief point of contact for the firm’s regulators, and designed and drove the execution of its most significant regulatory deliverables. She was key to the design and development of the firm’s controls infrastructure. She also managed conflicts of interest for the firm. Ms. Mudick served Citigroup, Inc. in various roles including: EVP, CAO, Head of Consumer Operations of the Global Consumer Group, a business providing a wide array of banking, lending, insurance and investment services to individual and small business consumers in over 50 countries, with $12 billion in annual revenue, and as Co-General Counsel of the firm. In her combined experience, Ms. Mudick served on senior management committees and regularly engaged with and advised their respective Boards of Directors and Board Committees. She has previously served as a director of two public company Boards: The Student Loan Corporation (NYSE:STU) and Ixe Grupo Financiero (BMV:IXE), and numerous not-for-profit Boards, including City Year New York, which she chaired for six years.
