Holly Schoonover is an experienced professional in the field of anti-money laundering (AML) and compliance, currently serving as the VP BSA/AML Advisory Payments Specialist at The Bancorp since January 2015. Holly has held various leadership roles at The Bancorp, including VP Investigations and Reporting Manager and AML FIU Quality Assurance Team Lead, overseeing daily operations and management of the FIU Quality Assurance team. Prior to joining The Bancorp, Holly worked at Citi from July 2006 to December 2014, where responsibilities included managing investigations as a Senior Compliance Analyst, leading an AML operations team, and mentoring teammates as a Senior AML Investigative Analyst. Holly's career began at Bank of America, where in the role of Senior Lead Operations Representative, Holly conducted in-depth research on consumer and business accounts.
