Sharon Grundfast is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development, coaching, and talent management. Currently serving as President & Chief Adventure Officer at SJG Executive Coaching & Organization Development, Inc., and as a Career Coach at The Ayers Group, Sharon supports individuals and businesses through transformative changes. Additionally, Sharon is an Adjunct Professor at New York University, teaching Business Strategy & Ethics. Previous roles include Senior Vice President at Weber Shandwick, Senior HR Business Partner at WebMD, and Vice President at Tremor Video, where Sharon focused on employee engagement and organizational culture. Sharon holds a BA in Communication from the University at Buffalo and an MS in Human Resource Management from The New School, alongside an Executive Coaching Certification from Baruch College.
