Fatima AlHammadi serves as the Credit Management Director for Entrepreneurs Affairs at Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development since January 2010, overseeing loan restructuring, policy development, and the management of loan portfolios while leading the assessment of loan applications and facilitating training within the team. In addition to this role, Fatima participates in several internal committees, including the HR, Management Credit, and Happiness Committees, and has been instrumental in launching social programs supporting various community initiatives. Currently, Fatima also holds external committee positions at هيئة المساهمات المجتمعية - معاً and Abu Dhabi Global Market, contributing to social allocation and economic collaboration. Fatima holds a Master's degree in International Business from the University of Wollongong in Dubai and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from the United Arab Emirates University.
