Margaret R. is an experienced industrial organiser currently working with The Australian Workers' Union since August 2022, focusing on structuring organising conversations for recruitment and member engagement. Previously, Margaret served as an organiser in the Liquor & Hospitality Division of United Workers Union from August 2019 to April 2022, following a tenure as an Employment Relations Adviser at Employsure from December 2017 to August 2019.
