Jessica Duan is a qualified legal professional with experience in various roles within legal and welfare organizations. Currently serving as a Legal Officer at The Australian Workers' Union since July 2022, Jessica previously held multiple positions at the Welfare Rights Centre between January 2021 and June 2022, including Intake Officer and Acting Intake Officer. Earlier experience includes working as a Civil Paralegal at O'Brien Criminal and Civil Solicitors and serving as a Locum Office Administrator at the Welfare Rights Centre. Jessica Duan holds a Juris Doctor in Law from the University of Sydney, in addition to a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the same institution, and a High School Diploma from MLC School Sydney.
