Alexandra Cook, PHR, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently, Alexandra serves as a Human Resources Generalist at The Austin Stone Community Church since July 2021. Prior to this, Alexandra worked at Austin Gastroenterology from September 2016 to July 2021, focusing on various HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, FMLA administration, and employee benefits, with a notable promotion from HR Coordinator to HR Generalist. Earlier experience includes a Summer Associate role at AMN Healthcare, where Alexandra initiated a company-wide culture improvement project and volunteered at the Ronald McDonald House. Alexandra also held roles at the University of Texas at Austin Division of Recreational Sports and Chick-fil-A, and completed a Summer Internship at Health Fitness Revolution. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Communication Studies from The University of Texas at Austin, along with study abroad experience at the University of Melbourne.
