Jim Cathcart possesses 40 years of professional experience in industrial facility project planning and development, with 33 years dedicated to The Austin Company as Regional Sales Director for Western Operations. In this role, Jim is responsible for coordinating technical resources, aligning client requirements, developing proposals, and reviewing project schedules while serving as a management liaison between The Austin Company and industrial clients, particularly during critical planning and scoping phases. Previously, Jim served as Senior Director of Project Planning at Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems and has formal education from West Coast University.
