Kaylin Smith is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager and Human Resource Business Partner at The Aurum Institute since October 2018, Kaylin excels in stakeholder liaison, compliance with workforce planning and budgeting, resource acquisition, HR governance, and employee relations. Prior to this role, Kaylin worked as an HR Operational Readiness Consultant at Masimong Resource Solutions from June 2012 to October 2018, providing HR and industrial relations support while optimizing processes and managing client reports.
