With close to 20 years of experience in the TV industry, Ines Serrano brings a global perspective to The ATS Team as a Development Producer. Having worked in London, Los Angeles and Madrid, she has honed her craft across diverse markets, creating original formats and managing productions that push creative boundaries. At the ATS Team she plays a key role in developing unique TV formats and collaborating with international teams to brings ambitious concepts to life. Previous experiences includes working in HR, sales and education providing her with a well-rounded skill set that complements her creative expertise. She holds a Bachelor's Degree with Honors in Sociology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, a Master's in HR, and a Communication’s Certificate from Cambridge University.
