Jan Wigington is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in contact center management and customer service excellence. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at The Assistance Fund since September 2019, Jan is responsible for strategic planning and execution of contact center operations. Prior roles include Director of Operations at Entertainment Benefits Group, where Jan focused on process improvement and workforce management, and Vice President of Owner Services Support at Wyndham Vacation Ownership, driving owner experience and loyalty. Jan has also held leadership positions at Universal Parks and Resorts, SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, and AT&T Wireless, consistently achieving operational efficiencies and improving service performance. Jan holds a Business Administration Certification from Penn State University and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from California State University, Long Beach.
