Jessica Cole is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in technology policy, innovation, and public service. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor and Interim Director of the Tech Policy Hub at The Aspen Institute, Jessica holds the position of PiTech Visiting Practitioner at Cornell Tech for the 2023-2024 academic year. As a Cofounder and Advisor of U.S. Digital Response, Jessica contributes to governmental technology and design support, having taken roles such as Interim CEO and COO. Previous experience includes a Tech Policy Fellowship at The Aspen Institute and leadership in innovation for the City of Walnut Creek. Jessica's work with Code for America and as an Outreach Director at Panorama Education highlights a commitment to social impact and community engagement. A Yale University graduate with a BA in Political Science, Jessica has also co-founded ventures such as Roammeo, Inc. and worked with SeeClickFix.
