Allison Perry is the Associate Corporate Secretary to the Aspen Institute Board of Trustees. In this role, Allison oversees and implements all aspects of the governance of the Board of Trustees and manages all aspects of the Trustee Annual Fund. She works directly with the Chairman of the Board, the President’s Office and the Corporate Secretary, managing everything from general logistics to content and meeting materials for the three annual meetings of the full Board as well as all meetings of Aspen’s numerous committees. Allison also works closely with the Aspen Institute General Counsel on matters pertaining to Board governance.
