Eugena Oh (she/her) has diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Currently, they serve as the Greater NYC Regional Director at The Asian American Foundation. Eugena has also held leadership positions at the "I Have A Dream" Foundation, including President & CEO, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Governance Officer. Additionally, Eugena has been a Board Member for Rise First, a nonprofit focused on empowering first-generation and/or low-income students and professionals. Eugena has also served as the Interim Executive Director for the Korean American League for Civic Action and held positions at Garden City Group, Win/Win Network, Washington State CASA, Pepper Hamilton LLP, Equality Pennsylvania, and Combined Insurance. Eugena's areas of expertise include education equity, nonprofit management, civic engagement, and legal research and analysis.
Eugena Oh earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Studies from the University of Pennsylvania in 2003. Eugena then pursued a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law, graduating in 2008. In 2007, they participated in the Japan Campus School of Law: J.D. Semester Abroad Program at Temple University. In 2015, they completed a Certificate in Business Excellence, Senior Leaders Program from Columbia Business School, with a focus on Programs in Social Enterprise at Columbia Business School Executive Education.
