Tengku Nur Qistina is a dedicated professional with experience in policy development, research, and advocacy for women's empowerment. Currently serving as a Program Officer (Policy) at The Asia Foundation, Tengku oversees initiatives focused on the Care Economy and Strive Malaysia, which aims to upskill and empower women. As the founder of the Cik Malaysia Podcast, efforts are directed towards highlighting Malaysian women's achievements in the workforce. Previous roles include a Consulting Analyst at Frost & Sullivan Asia-Pacific, Senior Researcher at the Institute of Strategic and International Studies (ISIS), and contributions as a writer for New Straits Times. Tengku holds multiple degrees, including an LLB from The University of Manchester, as well as advanced degrees in National Security Studies and International Relations from King’s College London.
