Patrick Bolaños is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program management and development, particularly within the context of international cooperation and digital initiatives. Currently serving as the Regional Program Officer for the Go Digital ASEAN Program at The Asia Foundation, Patrick has successfully managed program operations and tools for various ASEAN country teams. Previous roles include leading the localization of USAID's Triangular Development Program in the Philippines, executing high-level conferences on bilateral relations, and developing digital literacy programs that have trained thousands of individuals. Patrick's expertise is further highlighted by significant contributions to initiatives promoting disability inclusion and enhancing the institutional capacity of local partners in the Philippines. Patrick holds a degree in Consular and Diplomatic Affairs from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde.
