Shannon Bergfeld is an experienced online business manager currently working with various companies since June 2023. In addition to this role, Shannon has been a certified occupational therapy assistant specializing in traumatic brain injuries with The Arora Group since March 2019 and serves as an adjunct clinical lab instructor at St. Catherine University since May 2017. Previous positions include inbound sales representative for various companies in 2020, outpatient coordinator at Ageility Physical Therapy Solutions from October 2017 to March 2019, school COTA at Sunbelt Staffing from August 2016 to June 2017, COTA/L with Ardor Health Solutions from August 2014 to June 2016, and COTA at NHC Healthcare from December 2008 to July 2014.
