Samuel Borer, MD, currently serves as an Executive Committee Member and Technical Advisor for the Section on Hospice & Palliative Medicine at the American Academy of Pediatrics. As an Internal Medicine-Pediatrics Resident Physician at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston since June 2023, Samuel has also been active with the American Medical Association as an AMA Ambassador and Lead Delegate for the CMU College of Medicine. Additional roles include membership in the Gold Humanism Honors Society Advisory Council and contributions to the Association of American Medical Colleges in various capacities. Samuel obtained a Doctor of Medicine degree from Central Michigan University College of Medicine and holds multiple degrees in Physics, Mathematics, Crisis Management, General Education, and Dance.
