Faaiza Lalji is a seasoned professional in planning and development with extensive experience in residential-led mixed-use projects and life sciences portfolios. Since 2012, Faaiza has served as the Director of Planning and Development at Precis Advisory Ltd. Faaiza is currently a trustee at The Architecture Foundation and a member of the Harvard Alumni Real Estate Board and the Urban Land Institute, participating in both the Europe Life Science and Healthcare Council and the UK Residential Council. Additional contributions include membership in the Residential Build to Rent Sub-Committee of the British Property Federation and participation on expert panels with New London Architecture. Faaiza's background includes roles at Larco Investments Ltd. and UBC Sauder Centre for Social Innovation & Impact Investing, focusing on sustainable development and corporate social responsibility. Faaiza holds a Master in Design Studies from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts Honors from Williams College, along with a yoga teaching certification from Semperviva Yoga College.
