Marcio Tavares is a seasoned Project Manager at The Architectural Team, Inc. since March 2006, specializing in rehabilitation projects, mill conversions, historic renovations, and various tax credit projects, alongside senior housing and multi-family developments, while also providing public review process assistance and mentoring staff. Prior to this role, Marcio Tavares interned at Charles Hagenah Architects Inc. for a brief period in early 2006, contributing to the design and development of models for the Architectural Records 2006 New Orleans Katrina Design Competition. Marcio Tavares' experience in construction spans over a decade at M & M Marques Construction, where skills encompassed finish and rough carpentry, tiling, cabinet installation, and custom furniture fabrication for a range of projects, including custom homes and historic restorations. Marcio Tavares holds a B-Arch/M-Arch in Architecture from Roger Williams University and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts from Bristol Community College.
