Tayler Guccione is a Quality Assurance Project Manager at The Arc Minnesota, where responsibilities include performing weekly person-centered quality reviews, liaising with departments and agencies, maintaining service records, and developing individualized work plans. With experience in various roles such as Project Manager and Project Associate at the Metro Regional Quality Council, Tayler has also engaged as an intern reviewing grant requests for the Minnesota Micro Grant Partnership and supported volunteer recruitment at Arc’s Value Village Thrift Store. Prior experience includes working as a Direct Support Professional at Home and Community Options and The MENTOR Network, focusing on enhancing the well-being of individuals with disabilities. Tayler holds a Master Certificate in Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Winona State University, along with an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree.
