Kelley Rheaume has a wealth of experience in incident management coordination, having held various titles in this field at SLNYSARC since October 1988. With a background in psychology and criminal justice from the State University of New York College at Potsdam, Kelley has been actively involved in overseeing incident oversight systems at The Arc Jefferson-St. Lawrence since January 2019.
