Jean-Louis Monteiro is an experienced software engineer and leader in the technology sector, currently serving as an Eclipse Committer and committee member at the Eclipse Foundation since March 2018, participating in the transition of Java EE to Jakarta EE. As Director of Engineering at Tomitribe since March 2014, Jean-Louis manages a global engineering team and contributes to product design and development while assisting customers with architecture and security concerns. Active in open source contributions, Jean-Louis is a member of The Apache Software Foundation and has held various roles within Apache projects, including committer and PMC member on several initiatives.
