Abigail Olsen has worked in a variety of roles since 2001. Abigail began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Stericycle in 2001, followed by an Executive Assistant role at HERE Technologies in 2002. In 2005, they became a Technical Writer/Editor at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas. In 2013, they joined Trustwave, where they held the roles of MSS Documentation Specialist, Manager Service Management, and Program Manager. In 2020, Abigail joined Covestic as a Project Manager, and most recently, they began working as a Principal Advisory Consultant and Business Process Consultant at The Anti in 2021.

Abigail Olsen's education history includes a BGS in Organizational Communication from Roosevelt University, completed in 2013, and a Certified Administrative Assistant from Penn Foster, completed in 2005. Abigail also holds two certifications from ServiceNow: Partner Pre-Sales Specialization: Software Asset Management (obtained in January 2020) and Partner Sales Specialization: Software Asset Management (obtained in January 2020).
