Katie Huss, SHRM-CP, PHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in various HR functions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at The Andersons, Inc. since June 2018, Katie has held progressive roles including Human Resources Manager and Senior Generalist in Corporate Functions and Rail and Corporate Finance. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Empowered for Excellence Behavioral Health and Labor Relations Manager at Zepf Center, where Katie managed collective bargaining agreements and employee onboarding processes.
