Greg Zink is a Corporate HR Generalist and Talent Management Specialist II at The Andersons, Inc. since March 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing HR functions for over 400 employees, managing the annual Talent Review process, and enhancing employee engagement through various initiatives, including the Education Assistance Program and the Annual Performance Review.
