Greg Zink is a Corporate HR Generalist and Talent Management Specialist II at The Andersons, Inc. since March 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing HR functions for over 400 employees, managing the annual Talent Review process, and enhancing employee engagement through various initiatives, including the Education Assistance Program and the Annual Performance Review. In addition to HR roles, Greg leads the ANDE Internship Experience committee, facilitating developmental events for interns and maintaining a strong conversion rate to employment. Prior experience includes positions as an Auditor at EY and accounting internships at Marathon Petroleum Corporation, along with a solid foundation in finance from The University of Toledo with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.
