Joshua Dorman is a Financial Services Degree Apprentice at J.P. Morgan, active since September 2024, and has extensive experience in mentorship and operations within the financial sector. Joshua served as a U16 Student Mentor and 2021 Cohort Scholar at The Amos Bursary, supporting high-achieving students of African and Caribbean heritage. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Joshua was involved as an Invessed Candidate at Rare Recruitment and completed an internship at PMC Treasury, where responsibilities included risk management and developing presentations on client exposures. Joshua has also gained customer service experience at Nando's UK & IRE, held the role of Elected Welfare Secretary for the University of Nottingham Thai Boxing, and participated in various professional programs, including Aon's Diverse Future Leaders Program and the Barclays Advance Programme. Joshua's educational background includes a current degree in Applied Finance from the University of Exeter and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Nottingham, supplemented by high A-level achievements in Mathematics, Business, and Psychology.
