Previously, Wills held leadership roles at Virtusa, EPAM Systems, and Cognizant, achieving significant growth in healthcare and insurance sectors. Additionally, Wills hosts the Game Changers Podcast, discussing the intersection of healthcare and technology, and serves on the Board of Trustees for The Amistad Center for Art & Culture. Wills holds an MBA from the University of Houston, a B.S. from Texas A&M University, and completed the Executive Leadership Program at Duke University.
