Nesrien Naguib is currently working at The American University in Cairo since December 2011 as a Video Services & IT Network Engineer. They have integrated Zoom with Moodle and Canvas and with an AI application. Prior to this, they worked at D-Link Middle East and Africa from November 2009 to September 2011 as a Technical Support, serving as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance. Nesrien Naguib holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Electronics sciences from El Shorouk Academy, 2004 - 2009.
