Victor Kao has over 16 years of experience in sales and management roles, currently serving as a Senior Specialist and Team Leader of Sales Confirmation (SCF) at AIA Taiwan since May 2007. In this role, Victor built the SCF function from the ground up, leading daily operations and managing a team of eight to enhance the sales cycle and generate new leads. Prior to AIA, Victor worked at Bell Canada from January 2005 to February 2007, initially as a Sales Consultant before being promoted to Assistant Manager, where responsibilities included customer engagement and supporting store targets. Victor holds an MBA in Business Administration from UNC Charlotte's Belk College of Business, completed in 2009.
