Leah Bayer serves as the President of Architects FORA, a role held since February 2021 following the merger of OJK Architecture & Planning and EVIA Studio, which Leah founded and managed. Leah additionally holds a position as a Strategic Councilor with the American Institute of Architects (AIA) since January 2023 and has contributed significantly to AIA Silicon Valley, becoming the youngest president in its 77-year history and the 10th woman to do so. Leah's extensive experience includes co-founding Firm Acquisition Consultants, serving as a business advisor with the Practice of Architecture, and holding various roles at Perkins+Will and William Maston Architect & Associates. Leah's educational background includes a Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
