Kathryn Thiele AIA CSI is an experienced architect and entrepreneur, currently serving as a member of the 2024 Tech Equity Hub Cohort at Project W and as a Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program. As the Founder and CEO of Buildstock since January 2022, Kathryn leads a venture-backed B2B construction materials Marketplace that enhances procurement speed and cost savings for buyers and suppliers. Previous roles include Construction Manager at Manhattan Building Company, Project Manager at Project Millenium 3, Technical Project Coordinator at Richard Kotz Architects, Code and Zoning Consultant at Codeworx, and Intern Architect at Thom Stauffer Architects. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Kent State University and has recently joined the 2024 Nominating Committee and Honors Committee at The American Institute of Architects.
