Mitch Poulin is a Program Associate for Global Security and International Affairs at the American Academy of Arts & Sciences since October 2022. Previously, Mitch worked at Harvard Kennedy School as a Research Fellow for Dr. Erica Chenoweth and Dr. Zoe Marks, as well as a Course Assistant for various courses. Prior experience includes serving as a Summer Research Assistant at the Belfer Center under Dr. Zoe Marks, a Topol Research Fellow studying global nonviolent resistance movements, and a Summer Fellow at Equidem. Mitch also has a background in media production as a Podcast Producer for Flame Bearers and held roles in event coordination and admissions at the Institute for Clinical and Economic Review, Richmond, The American International University in London, and Hobart and William Smith Colleges. Mitch holds a Master of Public Policy in International and Global Affairs from Harvard Kennedy School and a BA in Anthropology and Asian Studies from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, with additional studies at National Chengchi University.
