Mary Stevenson is an experienced business leader and HR professional with a diverse background in human resources, coaching, and training. Currently serving as the Owner, Coach, and Peer Board Facilitator for The Alternative Board Australia since April 2018, Mary also founded HR Business Essentials in 2008, offering HR coaching and strategic people management solutions. As a Senior Consultant at Lee Hecht Harrison and a member of HR Coach Australasia, Mary focuses on advancing organizational goals through effective employee management strategies. Previously, Mary held the position of Executive Director at Dreamtime Learning, enhancing training opportunities for hospitality workers, particularly Indigenous Australians. Additional experience includes various roles in operations management and general HR, notably at Toys "R" Us Australia, where Mary served as General Manager - Human Resources for 15 years. Mary holds a management credential from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
