Neil Hepburn is currently working as an Economist at The Alberta Teachers' Association since February 2018. Prior to this, Neil worked as a Lecturer at the University of Alberta from September 2005 to June 2018. Neil has also held positions as a Sessional Instructor at the University of Alberta and as an Instructor at Grande Prairie Regional College. Neil has a PhD (ABD) in Economics from the University of Alberta, a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Economics from Queen's University, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Honours in Economics from the University of Calgary. In July 2000 to December 2000, Neil worked as a Researcher in the Operations Evaluation Department at the World Bank Group.
