Shanalena Fletcher has extensive experience in payroll and accounting, currently serving as a Payroll and Accounting Administrator at The AIM Group Inc. since September 2012, where responsibilities include managing weekly payroll across multiple states and coordinating payroll processes for several internal branches. Prior to this role, Shanalena was an Executive Payroll/Billing Coordinator at Spherion from March 2006 to April 2012, and has also held positions such as Finance/Office Assistant at Synercard Corporation and Receptionist/HR Assistant at Canada Customs and Border Agency. Shanalena obtained a degree in Accounting and Payroll, Finance from CDI Business College (now Everest College) between 2004 and 2006.
