Maria Carlino has extensive experience in real estate management and leadership. Currently serving in a leadership role focused on culture and growth at The Agency Real Estate Australia since October 2016, Maria previously held the position of General Manager of Property Management at McGrath Estate Agents from January 2009 to March 2016, overseeing the management of over 5000 investment properties and a team of 80 across two states. Prior roles include Branch Manager at RUN Property Pty Ltd from 2007 to 2009, where Maria fostered a strong team environment, and Director at Ray White from 2003 to 2007.
