Patti Smith is an experienced communication consultant with a robust background in strategic solutions for organizational challenges. Currently serving as a Communication Consultant at The Adobe Group LLC since August 2004, Patti has worked with a diverse range of global and middle-market clients. Prior to this role, Patti was a Senior Communication Consultant at Towers Watson from 2001 to 2004, where revenue growth and staff mentoring were key contributions. Patti began a career at Mercer Human Resource Consulting from 1993 to 2001, initially as a Senior Communication Consultant and advancing to Principal and Communication Practice Leader, overseeing a successful practice with significant year-over-year growth. Patti holds a BA in English from California State University, Northridge.
