Isaac Adrian Leon Huanca is currently employed at Oechsle as a Practicante Profesional de People Analytics since March 2023. Previously, Isaac was selected among over 800 applicants for the Talento COFIDE 2023 program at COFIDE, where participation spanned from January to March 2023, focusing on Finance, Development Banking, Administration, Risk Management, and Information Technology. In 2022, Isaac served as Coordinador STAE at the Oficina Nacional de Procesos Electorales (ONPE) for a brief period and earlier gained experience as an Auxiliar de producci贸n at MOLITALIA S.A. from October 2016 to January 2017. Isaac holds a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, completed in 2022.
