Jerrod MacFarlane is an experienced editorial professional with a diverse background in publishing and politics. Currently serving as an Editorial Associate at Book of the Month since December 2020, Jerrod has previously held positions such as Editorial Associate at Youth INC NYC and Assistant Editor at Skyhorse Publishing, Inc., where responsibilities included acquiring and editing a variety of fiction and nonfiction titles and collaborating with designers and sales teams. Jerrod's early experience includes internships at Lippincott Massie McQuilken, focusing on query analysis and manuscript feedback, and at the US House of Representatives, assisting with press updates and policy research. Jerrod holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service with a focus on International Politics from Georgetown University.
