Ann O'Neill has extensive experience in senior living sales and program development, currently serving as a Program Volunteer at The Action Center since November 2019. Previously, as the Director of Sales at Balfour Senior Living, Ann was instrumental in establishing the company's first operational sales team and achieved significant growth in various care sectors. Ann's background includes roles such as Senior Sales and Marketing Director at MorningStar Senior Living, Sales Counselor at Vi Living, and Program Director at Bessie's Hope, where programs were created to connect at-risk youth with seniors. Ann O'Neill holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Colorado College and a high school diploma from Phillips Exeter Academy.
