Tom O'Neill is an experienced professional with a robust background in business information systems and a diverse range of roles within The Access Group since August 2009, including Head of Pre Sales for Access People and Director of Strategic Partnerships and Alliances. Prior positions within The Access Group also encompass Director of QA & Release Management, Product Operations Manager, Senior Consultant/Project Manager, and Consultant. Prior to this, Tom O'Neill served as an SAP Business Analyst at GSK and worked as a Programmer/Analyst at Kerry Group. Tom O'Neill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems from University College Cork, obtained between 2001 and 2005.
