Heather Bull serves as the Divisional Head of Proposition Marketing at The Access Group, responsible for establishing the proposition strategy and portfolio direction for Access People, overseeing approximately 35 SaaS products. Prior to this role, Heather held positions at BT Group, where responsibilities included leading Connectivity and Voice propositions for BT Business and heading small business propositions, focusing on product strategy and market competitiveness. Heather's earlier experience includes strategic marketing roles at Optus, managing B2C marketing strategies and acquisition product marketing, as well as senior account management positions at Leo Burnett Sydney, DDB Sydney, and The Communications Agency, servicing high-profile clients such as Caltex, Telstra, and American Express. Heather holds a BA 1st Class Honours in History from Durham University.
