Andy Li is an experienced education professional with a strong background in special education and team leadership. Currently serving as a Special Education Instructional Assistant at The Accelerated Schools since September 2020, Andy provides virtual and asynchronous support to middle school students. Previously, Andy worked as a Team Leader at City Year Los Angeles, where significant responsibilities included leading a team to deliver impactful service, enhancing academic and socioemotional support strategies, and managing an afterschool program. Additional roles included being a Course Performance Coordinator and an Americorps Member, where Andy focused on academic interventions and individualized support for students. Prior experience includes positions in hospitality and educational settings, along with a Bachelor's degree in Education from Vassar College.
