Caroline Lauk (1999, Swiss Nationality) obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from IE University, where she has obtained multiple scholarships for academic excellence and is part of the team of the Jean Monnet Chair of Civil Procedure. She is a student member of CIArb, and a member of NOVA Talent.

She has work experience in international arbitration practices around the globe (Wilmer Hale London, Ritch Mueller Nicolau Mexico City, Gleiss Lutz Stuttgart) where she assisted in oil and gas, construction, and energy disputes, whilst working under the ICC, DIS, ICDR and ICSID rules. Caroline’s work on arbitration and international law has been published in prominent publications.

She is currently qualifying as a lawyer under UK and Spanish jurisdiction, as well as pursuing an LLM at Esade.
