Charlotte Elwell has extensive experience in customer management, currently serving as a Customer Manager in Service Delivery at The AA since November 2015. Previous roles at The AA include Team Leader for Emergency Breakdown and JLR Customer Experience Coach. Prior to joining The AA, Charlotte worked as a Store Assistant at Aldi UK & Ireland from 2013 to 2015. Charlotte's educational background includes A Levels from Halesowen College between 2009 and 2011, as well as studies at Dudley College.
