Megan Young is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in programme management and training. Currently serving as Programme Lead and Programme Delivery Coordinator at EY Foundation since June 2019, Megan also contributes as an Industry Advisory Board member for The 93% Club from October 2023. Previously, Megan held various roles at Dockland Scout Project from June 2014 to July 2019, including Training Manager and Training Admin Assistant. Additionally, Megan demonstrated leadership at The Challenge as Team Leader, Senior Mentor, and Associate Mentor between June 2015 and August 2018. Earlier experience includes a position as Philanthropy Apprentice at Bloomberg LP from September 2015 to September 2016. Megan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Management from the University of Portsmouth, completed in 2019, and participated in the Step Forward program from 2015 to 2016, following education at Newstead Wood School from 2008 to 2015.
