Derek Johashen is a Barrister At Law with extensive experience in criminal law, currently serving at The 36 Group since February 2019 and also at KCH Garden Square since June 2017. Previously, Derek held the position of Director at Cartwright King Solicitors from January 2015 to June 2017, and was the Managing Director at The First Law Partnership from June 2005 to December 2014, where responsibilities included strategic development and advocacy in Crown Courts. Derek's legal career began as a Solicitor at Hawkins Russell Jones in January 1991, followed by a role at Pictons Solicitors LLP, where a focus on criminal law services was evident. Educated at the University of Wales Institute of Science and Technology, Derek earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from 1985.
